ICD has consciously chosen to work with the poorest of the poor and the marginalized in their journey toward self-reliance. While the world is changing at a rapid pace, there are millions still frozen in a world of deprivation, often below the institutional radar. The marginalized and socially excluded communities need us more than anyone else.
