ICD hold a large number of programs on best farming practices, women's empowerment, how consumers should protect their rights, use of basic technology, health and hygiene, and government incentives across its project areas and throughout the year. To make lasting impact, ICD involves a large number of students from its village-level schools, members and women workers.

For many of these programs, ICD also invites subject matter experts. For the Health & Hygiene related awareness programs, ICD involves a number of doctors and other medical volunteers for a show-n-tell format to help create adeep and lasting impression.
